34842 days to copy a movie????

Yesterday I was trying to copy a movie from a DVD and this is what I got from Microsoft Vista.
34842 days and 21 hrs to copy 2.13 GB!!!!!
Its approx about 95 years!!!!

P.S. DVD was full of scratches and so no prizes for guessing the reasons.

I am wondering why it says some 21 hours on top of 34842 days as though it makes some difference :).
